Digital Marketing Service Providers  We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.  Our appointed data processors include:

Third parties who provide a service to us:1) Pipedrive, a CRM system 2) MailChimp, who distributes our emails and hosts our client database 3) Wix & Wordpress which provide our website software
•    When it is our legal duty, for example to disclose your details to government bodies such as HMRC or law enforcements agencies

We shall keep your personal data within Recipe and our trusted third parties except where disclosure is required by law, for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.

How long we keep your personal information

All your personal data will be held in accordance with our company retention and deletion policy. We only keep your personal information for a long as it is needed for each of the purposes described in this privacy policy. Where your information is no longer required or is no longer relevant, we will ensure it is disposed of securely. We will also keep your data for as long as is required to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
